During the daily lunch rush or the weekend dinner queues, you simply cannot have a large group of guests waiting inside for a table. This can really disrupt the flow of a restaurant, get in servers' ways, and stress out the patrons currently trying to enjoy a meal. Keeping in mind harsh weather conditions that do not permit customers to line up outside, you need to consider having a separate waiting area indoors – so as to make sure the clients waiting are just as comfortable as the current diners, and less prone to go elsewhere. A SIMPLE BENCH; POUF OR SOFA IS ALL WHAT YOU NEED
-If you’re known for long waits, then a proper waiting room, or at least outdoor heat lamps should be added to your budget
They’re hungry…starving, even. A little snack for the brave who wait an hour or more is a nice surprise that they’ll be sure to tell their friends.
